Q. How do I cancel my hosting account?

A. If you need to cancel hosting services with us, login to your User Account.
This will place you in your User Home. Scroll down a bit to Package Information. Next to "Number of web hosting plans in your account," click "View/Edit". This will show your hosting accounts. Next to the one you want to cancel, click the magnifying glass to view details. On the hosting details page, click the "Cancel" link, and submit the Cancellation request form. Do not change the content of the pre-formatted text in the form.

If you cannot login to your User account, you may request cancellation via email sent to us from an email address that is already on file in our records as valid for the hosting account owner (eg from the Alternate Email address in the User account).

Requests for cancellation via Telephone, Contact Form submission, or from an email address which we do not
have on file for the hosting owner of record (e.g. a "new" or different email address), will not be accepted
, due to the impossibility of authenticating such requests, and the risk/liability that such a request may easily be made by a malicious third party not associated with the account. Any such requests (telephone, contact form, different email address) will NOT result in cancellation of the account.

All hosting orders are considered to be automatically recurring and shall be billed on a recurring basis unless
or until the Customer submits a verifiable cancellation request as described above.
