Q. I lost or never got my Welcome email so I don't have any information about my hosting account, such as user name, password, cpanel info, etc.

A. If you have NOT changed your hosting password since getting the hosting account, AND if your hosting account is in our current billing system (i.e. if you signed up for hosting with us after August 11, 2004), follow the below instructions:

  1. Login to your member account at our site with your 1-2-Wonder Member username. This will place you in Member Home.

  2. Under Account Information, next to "Web hosting plans in your account" -- click View/Edit

  3. On the next page, to the right of the listed hosting account click on the magnifying glass icon. This will take you to a Hosting Package Viewer page about that hosting account.

  4. Near the top of the Hosting Package Viewer page is a link that says "Resend Welcome Email". Click it and it will re-send you a copy of the original welcome email that was sent to you when the hosting account was set up.
  5. The email address it will go to is whatever primary email address you have set up as primary for your member account with us.
  6. If you want to re-send to a different email address, go back to your main "Member Home" page and click "Edit Profile" in the dropdown menu. You can change your primary email address there.

  7. NOTE: The Re-Sent Welcome Email will contain only ORIGINAL information about your hosting account. If you have changed your hosting password since getting the account, skip to the last paragraph below.

If you signed up for hosting with us before August 11, 2004, most likely your hosting account is not in our new billing system. In this case you will need to submit a Help Desk support ticket. You must also have access to the email address you used to sign up for your 1-2-Wonder Member Account, or the email address you specified for your hosting account for that domain, or the email address that your domain registrar shows for the Registrant (legal owner) of your domain name.

If you have changed your hosting account password since getting the hosting account, we can either provide you with a new password you specify, or reset your old original one. This is because passwords are one-way encrypted and if you changed it, even we can't pull up the new password. If you need to reset your hosting account password, submit a Help Desk ticket as specified in the previous paragraph.

The welcome email is rather long so some isp's and spam filters may think it is junk or spam mail. So check your junk folders and/or spam folders if you don't see the Welcome email after a few minutes.
