Please note that we assign a higher priority to Helpdesk Support Tickets submitted online by our logged-in users, than we do to Contact Form submissions or even to Telephone calls. 1-2-Wonder uses voicemail extensively, in order to better prioritize and streamline support handling. If telephoning, you must speak clearly and include in your message:

• 1) Your full name,
• 2) the domain name your issue pertains to, and
• 3) a working email address where you can be reached, so that we can respond to your message.

Without at least this information, we cannot research or handle the issue.

NOTE:  BEFORE CALLING, please also take time zone differences into consideration unless it is a true server-related emergency!   We do NOT outsource our support to another company. We handle each support request personally so we can maintain continuity and familiarity with each of our customers' needs. But we are a small company run by real people who do need to sleep occasionally (despite popular perception to the contrary ;).   Our Time Zone is -8 GMT or -4 Eastern Standard Time US. So midnight Greenwich Mean Time is 4:00 p.m. our time; but 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time is 4:00 a.m. our time.
