If telephoning and you get voicemail, you must speak clearly and include in your message:

• 1) Your full name,
• 2) the domain name your issue pertains to,
• 3) a working email address where you can be reached, so that we can respond to your message, and
• 4) Your problem or question.
If you are experiencing email problems, use your User Account to submit a Helpdesk ticket instead, where you will be able to login and view the response.

Without at least this information, we cannot research or handle the issue.

Please note: As a matter of security and privacy, we will not discuss accounts or provide access information to any person who is not the account holder, unless the account owner first authorizes it.
